ICOMM has provided consulting services to small and large corporations resulting in the savings of millions of dollars, and helps those clients manage tens of millions of dollars a year in Telecom Spend. ICOMM has helped numerous clients achieve dramatic telephony service cost-reductions through Contract negotiations, in-depth expense audits of all telecommunications services, ongoing Invoice Validation and Processing Services (IVPS) and outsourced telecom management and support. ICOMM uses TMA, our web-based, in-house developed telecommunications expense management application. This suite of applications helps our consultants and our clients proactively review and process telecom invoices and maintain a fully up-to-date inventory of all your telecom-related services and equipment.
ICOMM Consulting was founded in 1993 as the successor to I-Comm Corp., which was originally founded in 1987. ICOMM Consulting has grown from a two-person firm to its current size of 19 full and part-time staff members by creating long-term relationships with our clients.
ICOMM Consulting has no affiliation with vendors or carriers. Your best interests govern our actions. When you partner with ICOMM Consulting, you can be assured you will receive a reasonable, well-planned and unbiased recommendation based on your business needs, not ours, or that of a vendor or carrier.
Those relationships are built on trust, based on our expertise and our values. We maintain the highest ethical standards and treat our clients’ interests as our own. Our clients view ICOMM as a trusted partner and a key resource in the following areas:
- Full Service Telecom Expense Management (TEM)
- Outsourced Telecom Support Services (TMS)
- Contact Center Technology and Telephony Systems Consulting
- Telecom Carrier RFPs
We feel you deserve the best. In fact, a number of our consultants are members of the Society of Telecommunications Consultants, a self-governed group of professionals that requires all members to sign an oath of ethical behavior. Non-adherence to the oath results in expulsion from the Society.
